Level 3 Fire Rating
To meet the Australian standards AS3959 for construction of buildings in a bush fire area level 3 the following must be adhered to.
As for level 2. Except where windows are not protected by non-combustible shutters they shall be glazed with toughened glass.
Requirement specifications of metal mesh include;
- Wire diameter .025mm,
- Hole size 1.8mm.
